How long does shipping take?

All prizes are shipped from our facility or a USA fulfillment center within 7 days, in some circumstances, prizes may take longer to be delivered based on your location, the size of the item, or the time it was redeemed. Tracking is always provided once the item is shipped under the "shipment" page!

There was a problem with my game, what do I do?

We are sorry if you experienced a problem! These machines are real physical games that can sometimes have mechanical problems, but don't worry, all of your plays are recorded and stored in your account under your "Play History". You can go to your play history page, press "File Dispute" and send a dispute of any game to our team to review. If we deem there was a problem with the game, you will receive a refund of your tokens, prize, or tickets! For more complex problems, you can reach out by email, [email protected]

How do I use a coupon code?

Navigate to > Buy Tokens > Scroll Down > Enter the code in the optional coupon code field > Press Apply Coupon!

What do I do if a game is busy?

You will see an option to join the queue! This means that your position in line will be held and you will be able to play when it's your turn. The current player will be able to play the machine until they win or decide they no longer want to play. You will see what position you are in line and if anyone is behind you.
